Shipping Method: PippaNature uses Australia Post for all orders shipped within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, in accordance with the prices listed on the official Australia Post website.

- As PippaNature products are premium, handcrafted pet cosmetics, there may be additional time required for production and preparation. We kindly ask for your understanding, as our priority is to ensure the highest quality in every product. This means that orders may take a few extra days to be dispatched.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number to monitor the delivery.
