Eligibility for Refund and Return:

Refund: You may be eligible for a refund if you received a damaged or defective product, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item you received.


Return: You may be eligible to return a product if it meets any of the following criteria:

  • a. Damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • b. Wrong item received

Timeframe for Refund and Return Requests:

Refund: You must initiate a refund request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return: If you wish to return a product for any eligible reason mentioned above, you must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the productCondition of the Returned Product:For a refund or return to be processed, the product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition, unless the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping.

  1. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7 business days.
  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at pippanature@gmail.com.
    • After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a return.
    • If the return is approved, you may choose to receive a replacement or opt for a refund.
  3. Non-eligible Items for Refund and Return:

    • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for used or partially used animal cosmetic products.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will bear the return shipping costs.
    • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  5. Exchange Policy:

    • We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
